This course describes the features of Dynamics CRM 2016 Customer Service functionality.
The course describes various business scenarios and how the customer service functionality can be employed within different organisations.
The course describes the case management process and how the supporting functionality can be used to aid in the creation and resolution of customer issues, complaints and requests.
Queue and SLA management are key topics covered.
New functionality available with Dynamics CRM 2016 such as FieldOne, ADXStudios, Parature, Unified Service Desk, Voice of the Customer (Surveys) are explained. Finally the various reporting options are discussed.
